troubleshooting
If you are having problems getting our
demonstration to work on your PC, it is probably because you do not
have a media player or the correct version of a media player
installed. There are two choices for you to
see our webcast and depending on which link you choose from our
demonstration page, you will need a different "player" installed: |

Windows Media Player is available as a free download
from the Microsoft website. If
you already have Windows Media Player installed and you are still
having problems, we suggest that you install the latest version by
checking for an update. If you don't know how to do this, trying
clicking on the Windows Media Player logo. |

RealPlayer is available as a free download
from the Real website. If you would like to download and
install RealPlayer, click on the RealPlayer logo to the left. (Hint:
when you get to the Real download page, look for the Free RealPlayer
link at the top right of the page!) |

If, after installing one of the media players, you
still have problems please email us at
technical support with details of your PC, operating system,
media player type and version, and the problem you are experiencing. |
