TCS makes events such as awards ceremonies and corporate launches completely accessible to hearing impaired people by providing realtime (live) captioning of speeches, entertainment and video media.

Our captioning is provided on either video projection screens or plasma televisions, depending on the size of the audience, and our experienced engineers can work with the event AV team to determine the best available format and to ensure that our systems interface seamlessly with the video systems.

If the event is to be webcast, we can simultaneously transmit live captions to the event website.

We also offer a transcription service which provides a fully checked and edited transcription of the event proceedings.
