The Captioning Studio’s team is highly experienced in not just all fields of captioning but also broadcast engineering, caption technology design and application, captioning systems consultancy and captioner training.

We are a completely independent Australian captioning provider.  The experience of our internationally respected technical team includes assisting broadcasters worldwide in either establishing or upgrading their captioning operations.  These broadcasters have included BBC London, NOS Netherlands, Telecinco Spain, TVE Spain, Granada UK, RTP Portugal, RAI Italy, ERT Greece, MDR Germany, TV2 Denmark and ORF Austria.

With almost 15 years experience in captioning software design, The Captioning Studio’s in-house technical team has developed its own range of advanced captioning software which is without doubt leading the captioning industry worldwide.  In utilising our own proprietary technology, we avoid the costs that are unavoidable to other captioning providers as they need to purchase and upgrade expensive captioning software in order to deliver their services.  We also gain significant cost savings from the considerable efficiencies that our advanced software systems offer us, as well as the flexibility to provide customised solutions to our customers.
